Struggling with self-motivation?
In these strange times it can be hard to stay motivated. So I decided to show this ted talk. I watched and how it made me feel better and more motivated to keep going.
This was really helpful for me, here are some of the things it helped me do;
. Set goals
such as that i am going try and learn something new everyday.
. Breaks things down
So when understanding that I'm working on the dreams project right know I decided that i needed to break it down into the key concept which was to document them and analyse the dreams in a book.
.Write things down.
Now I'm not the biggest writer in the world but i do think it does help me. To get everything down on paper.
